Breathwork

Breathwork at Sofia Solis Wellness is a gentle, guided practice designed to help your nervous system return to balance. Through simple and effective breathing techniques, we support the body in shifting out of stress and into a state of calm awareness.

Our sessions draw inspiration from research on heart rate variability and nervous system regulation, including principles used in HeartMath practices. By guiding the breath into a steady, natural rhythm, the heart and brain begin to work in greater harmony — a state often referred to as coherence.
