Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Sofia Solis Wellness website, purchasing a product, registering for an event or booking an experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Sofia Solis Wellness Services

Sofia Solis Wellness offers complementary wellbeing experiences that may include sound healing, Crystal Tones® Quantum Alchemy Singing Bowls, meditation, breathwork, yoga, mindful movement and related practices.

These services are provided for general wellbeing and personal-development purposes and are subject to our separate Sound Healing Disclaimer.

2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before an event may be transferred to another available Sofia Solis Wellness session or provided as a credit for future use.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, including non-attendance, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Sofia Solis Wellness before the event.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by contractual terms.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Sofia Solis Wellness

If Sofia Solis Wellness cancels an event, you will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, transfer or credit.

If an event is rescheduled, you will be advised of the new arrangements and available options.

5. Arrival and Participation

Please arrive at the advertised arrival time.

Late entry may not be possible once meditation or the sound journey has begun, as entering late may disturb other participants.

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend independently. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

6. Wellbeing and Sound Healing

Sound healing, meditation, breathwork and mindful movement are complementary wellbeing practices and are not substitutes for medical or psychological care.

Individual responses vary and no particular physical, emotional or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are recovering from surgery or injury, experience hearing or sound sensitivity, or are unsure whether participation is suitable for you, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before attending.

7. Personal Responsibility

Participation is voluntary.

You are encouraged to listen to your body and may modify, pause or discontinue any practice at any time.

Please tell the facilitator about relevant injuries, sensitivities or circumstances that may affect your comfort or participation.

8. Products

Product descriptions, photographs and information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Natural products such as Sahu Sacred® Oils may vary slightly in appearance, aroma, colour or consistency between batches.

Product information relating to traditional, spiritual or energetic uses should not be interpreted as medical advice or a medical claim.

9. Shipping and Returns

Orders for physical products are subject to our separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Any change-of-mind conditions operate in addition to, and do not replace, rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by store terms.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless an exemption applies, gift cards sold in Australia must generally remain redeemable for at least three years from the date of supply or purchase. Any expiry date and restrictions should be clearly stated.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, recordings and course or event materials belonging to Sofia Solis Wellness may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior permission.

Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Website Information

We aim to keep information on the website accurate and current, but information, prices, event dates, availability and product details may change.

We may update or correct website content where necessary.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

14. Changes to These Terms

Sofia Solis Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
