1. Sound Healing Disclaimer

Sofia Solis Wellness offers sound-based wellness experiences that may include Crystal Tones® Quantum Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, meditation, breath awareness, gentle movement and other complementary wellbeing practices.

Sound healing and sound meditation are intended to support relaxation, stillness, mindfulness and personal wellbeing.

They are not medical treatments and are not intended to:

Meditation, breathwork, sound and periods of stillness can sometimes bring emotions, memories or physical sensations into awareness.

Sofia Solis Wellness does not provide psychological or psychiatric treatment unless specifically stated and provided by an appropriately qualified professional.

Sofia Solis Wellness experiences are generally intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

Sofia Solis Wellness offers selected Sahu Sacred Oils, blends, sprays and mists as products that may be incorporated into personal, aromatic, ceremonial, meditation or spiritual practices.

Descriptions referring to the traditional, energetic, vibrational, ceremonial or spiritual qualities of an oil reflect traditional practices, supplier information, personal experience and/or spiritual perspectives.

Such descriptions should not be interpreted as medical or scientific claims.

Sahu Sacred Oils and related products sold by Sofia Solis Wellness are not represented as a substitute for professional medical care.
