This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased directly from Sofia Solis Wellness.
Change of Mind
Due to the personal nature of Sacred Oils and for hygiene, quality and product-integrity reasons, we do not normally accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where you:
Decide you no longer want the product
Prefer a different scent
Ordered the wrong product
Find the product elsewhere at a different price

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, please contact Sofia Solis Wellness.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Opened Products
Opened or used Sacred Oils cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
However, if an opened product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, your rights under Australian Consumer Law may still apply.
Return Shipping
Please contact Sofia Solis Wellness before returning any product so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method used for the purchase.
